At Family Dog Central in Deerfield Beach,
you can be confident knowing your dog is
being treated like a member of our family.
We provide your dog social interaction while
building positive behavior – our dogs are
together in an open group setting (except for
naptime, mealtime & bedtime). Our environment
provides your dog a structured, interactive and
consistent place to come and release energy.

Why Us?
Top Dog Joanna Goriss has diligently spent the past
four years preparing for this dream to come true.
After many years in the corporate accounting world, she decided to follow her passion – dogs! Her “dog” resume includes tremendous hours of dog-related seminars, hands-on dog pack behavior training and dog first aid & CPR. She is an active volunteer for Labrador Retriever Rescue of Florida and has devoted countless hours to dog related charities. She is a member of American Boarding Kennels Association and is a Certified Pet Care Technician. The entire staff at Family Dog Central is trained in basic dog training and dog first aid & CPR to ensure we use positive & consistent training methods.

Dog Daycare
It’s all day supervised social interaction for your dog – daycare is from 7am till 7pm (Monday through Friday) and 10am till 4pm (Saturday & Sunday). We ask that your dog get here by 10am
so that all the dogs stay on the same schedule and get the
full day of daycare – then if they are staying overnight –
they snooze the night away!

Overnight Stays (Dog Sleepovers)
After a full day of daycare, your very tired dog will take
a brief rest before dinner is served. We let out the dogs
out late night (around 10pm). We are here at night with the
dogs so we want everyone to be comfortable and get a
good night’s rest.

Oh – and since we are “here with the dogs”
at night, pickup times are VERY flexible –
you can pick up when you get home even if that’s late Sunday night! We understand you want to see your dog as soon as you return home. Please call ahead so we can bathe your dog and have him/her ready for you to pick up.
